Your Rights and Obligations
as a Platform Member

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout this document:

In the event of duplicate accounts, all accounts will be closed and the associated balances may be forfeited.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777ffe login credentials. • Deposit limits may be applied to accounts at 777ffe's discretion or at the player's voluntary request under the Responsible Gaming programme.
• 777ffe reserves the right to reject a deposit from any source it deems suspicious, associated with fraudulent activity, or originating from sanctioned entities.
• Chargeback or reversal requests filed through your payment provider while a 777ffe balance remains will result in immediate account suspension and recovery proceedings.
• Deposited funds that remain inactive in a 777ffe account for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly inactivity maintenance charge after prior written notice.

Withdrawals from your 777ffe account may only be made to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to you and which was used for a prior deposit where possible. Minimum withdrawal amount is PKR 500. 777ffe does not charge withdrawal processing fees on standard transactions.

Withdrawal requests submitted by KYC-verified accounts are processed within the following standard timeframes: JazzCash and EasyPaisa — within 30 minutes; Bank transfers — within one to three business banking hours; Card withdrawals — within one to three business days, subject to card issuer processing times.

• Withdrawals submitted while bonus wagering requirements remain unfulfilled will be declined pending completion of those requirements unless the player forfeits active bonus funds.
• 777ffe may request additional KYC documentation before processing withdrawal requests above PKR 50,000.
• In cases where 777ffe has reasonable grounds to suspect fraudulent activity, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms, it may freeze and investigate an account before processing pending withdrawals for up to 90 days or as required by applicable legal obligations.
• 777ffe is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider, bank processing times, or national banking system disruptions in Pakistan.

777ffe offers various promotional programmes including welcome bonuses, deposit match offers, free spins, reload bonuses, cashback schemes, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as PSL and international cricket series. All offers are governed by the specific terms published at the time of their announcement and by the general bonus rules set out in this section.

• Bonus funds are separate from real money balances and are subject to wagering requirements before any resulting balance can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are specified per promotion and typically range from 10x to 35x the bonus amount.

Sports betting markets on 777ffe — including cricket, PSL, UFC, football, and all other listed sports — are governed by the 777ffe Sports Betting Rules published separately and incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference. Key provisions include:

• Bets once confirmed are final and may not be cancelled, amended, or transferred except as specifically allowed under void bet provisions.

• 777ffe makes no warranty that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• 777ffe accepts no liability for losses arising from internet connection failures, hardware failures, or mobile network issues affecting your ability to place bets or play casino games at critical moments.

777ffe reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:
